Splash into Spanish is a set of language activities created by the Spanish in Motion team linked to cinema and other cultural events. Our aim is to provide learners of Spanish as a foreign language (ELE) with engaging and meaningful tasks in order to enhance their understanding of the films presented.

The Spanish in Motion/LSE Language Centre project creates sets of activities for the events organised by Tristana Media such as the London Spanish Film Festival or other cultural and cinema-related events.

All activities are centered around relevant social and political issues. Together with the Activities document, you will find a User's Guide offering suggestions and the answer key to the different exercises, which are grouped in two levels (A2-B1 and B2-C1) following the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages

The resources are mainly intended for classroom use although they can also be used for self-study. All of them can be downloaded for free from the Splash into Spanish web page.
